Spring 2021 Project: Sunroom Floor (not)

 The beginning of the Sunroom project

Start Date: March 21, 2021

The plan was to replace the sunroom floor.

It turned into a partial rebuild due to termite and water damage hidden in the walls.

A project full of YouTube videos and WTF weekends!

The 2021 completion list:

✓ Demo
✓ Support the roof with steel beams
✓ Move the dog door
✓ Remove the 4 large glass windows
✓ Demo the interior and exterior walls
✓ Rebuild the wall of windows
✓ Replace the rest of the rotten 2x4s and sill plates
✓ Cover the exterior in plywood
✓ Cover the plywood with Tyvek
✓ Order & install new windows, real ones this time
✓ Start replacing the old outlets and light switches
✓ Make a lot of dump runs & trips to Home Depot
